Enter the Silence
Zen is the practice of living in reality, being present in your life as it is, not as we wish it to be, or in denial or resistance to what is. What is happening right now? That’s who I am. That’s who you are.
When you wake up to this reality, instead of living in fantasy, you see that there’s infinite potential in your life because you are it — there’s nothing lacking. Your true self in
cludes everything. This is actualized when the discursive mind settles down through meditation and we enter the stillness and silence. When we enter the silence, the silence becomes you, and you become it. Return to your being. Enter the flow. Bravely.
