Just What is Anger?

Frustration. Righteousness at a perceived injustice. It can also be a good teacher, and a catalyst for loving action. Anger motivates us to protect and care for others.

Anger itself is not a problem -- as with all emotions, anger arises and passes away and is, ultimately, empty. Being consumed by anger, reacting out of anger or feeding it is where suffering arises. How do we take care of anger when it arises?
