Washing Dishes
Whether washing by hand or loading a dishwasher, handle each dish carefully as if it were fine porcelain. Wash and dry each piece with attention. Perhaps silently say, "Washing my fork. Drying my plate." Notice the sound and temperature of the water, the texture of the dishtowel, the sound of the dishware as you place it on the counter or cabinet. Clean your area afterwards and put everything in its place.
