PROGRAM REGISTRATION
Please select from the options provided to register. Sliding scale is also available through full and partial scholarships. Please contact us at staff@eonzen.org to inquire.
If you have a code for a reduced rate, please enter it in the discount code box when you check out. If you have a code for a full scholarship, you will still need to enter payment information and proceed to checkout, even though the charge will be zero.
Following registration, you will receive a confirmation email. All attendees will also receive an email with additional information prior to the retreat.
CANCELING OR CHANGING YOUR REGISTRATION
If you are not able to attend a retreat that you have registered for, please contact us as soon as possible at staff@eonzen.org so we can cancel your registration. Please see our cancellation and refund policy for more details.
If you need to change your participation, please also contact us (ie: attend morning only instead of full day or virtual instead of in-person). We will either cancel your registration so you can make a new one or issue a partial refund, depending on the circumstances. The same cancellation and refund policies apply.
CANCELLATIONS
If you change or cancel your registration 3 days or more before a retreat, you can choose to receive a full refund or credit the amount toward another retreat or donation to Eon Zen. As an example: Wednesday would be three days before a Saturday retreat. Sunday would be three days before a Wednesday program.
If you change or cancel within 2 days or the day of a retreat (prior to the start of the retreat), you can choose to receive a 50% refund or credit the amount toward another retreat or donation to Eon Zen.
If you do not attend and do not cancel in advance, or if you cancel after the program has begun, we are not able to provide a refund unless there are extenuating circumstances. Please reach out to us to discuss your situation.
REFUNDS
Refunds will appear on the account or card that you paid with within in 5 to 10 business days.
