Present Moment

Ask yourself "When am I functioning on auto-pilot?" Set your digital watch or phone to sound a quiet alarm or vibrate hourly. When it rings or vibrates, stop what you are doing for that moment. Ask, “Where am I? What am I doing?”  Reach out and touch something, your hand, the desk or wall, the steering wheel. Just notice the sensation. Breathe.
